As part of Kerbey Kindness, Kerbey Lane All Day Cafe™’s platform for regularly lending support to local nonprofit organizations, the restaurant is happy to announce their newest giveback recipient: Con Mi MADRE.
From July through September, Kerbey Lane will donate a portion of proceeds from its monthly pancake specials, including July’s Berries & Cream pancake – a strawberry and blueberry pancake topped with sugar glaze, whipped cream and fresh strawberries – to Con Mi MADRE, whose focus is helping young Latinas graduate from high school, enroll in college and successfully earn a degree.
To date, the organization has assisted over 3,000 mother-daughter teams.
