Since returning to work after the height of the pandemic, ECPR Texas has undergone many changes. Instituting a hybrid work environment and establishing core values has benefited our staff in curating a positive work model for everyone.

Our team comes to the office three days a week with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. We’ve found this model has increased productivity and efficiency across the board.

As connectors within the Austin community, it’s important for us to have face-to-face time with fellow staff members and our clients. This hybrid work model allows us to do both.
