A local nonprofit has pledged to make more hours for wildflowers this spring by inviting Austinites out to enjoy the solace of the season.
The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is offering extended hours on Tuesday Twilights through May 14. Each evening will feature live music from local musicians, visual artists, a rolling lineup of Austin’s favorite food trucks (from Konfusedesi Indian cuisine to Ike-n-Aves burgers) plus take-and-walk adult beverages (think Tito’s Paloma or Lady Bird Soda) for purchase.
Whether you pack a picnic or make it a date night, prepare for the solace of nature that only spring can provide.
