Austin’s own Kerbey Lane is the official Cheer Card sponsor of Cap10K 2023

One of Austin’s most iconic events, the 2023 Statesman Cap10K benefits The Mike & Sherry Project which was founded in 2019 to provide accessible and affordable mental health care to Austin-area restaurant and bar industry employees. One dollar from every Cap10K registration will go straight to the local nonprofit; additional donations from race participants at the time of registration will be matched up to $10,000. A pair of Austin legends will team up in a celebration of community (complete with local flavor) at the 46th annual Statesman Capitol 10,000.

Kerbey Lane joins Austin’s oldest annual race as the official Cheer Card sponsor on Sunday, April 16. The race is the state’s largest 10K, one that “helps showcase the natural beauty of the city we call home,” said Mason Ayer, owner and CEO of the iconic, family-run restaurant.

A trio of quirky, food-themed cheer cards will be available for runners and spectators to customize at the weekend’s Health & Fitness Expo prior to the race.
