Livestream event: Protecting Human Rights Against Bigotry & Hate

As part of Stephen Mills’ Light / The Holocaust & Humanity Project, Ballet Austin will host a panel discussion about antisemitism and the role of disinformation and propaganda in dividing communities. Austin PBS will livestream the event on YouTube Wednesday, March 8, starting at 2 p.m.

Mark Updegrove, president and CEO of the LBJ Foundation, will lead the illuminating discussion, with an introduction by Austin Mayor Kirk Watson. Hear from national leaders including:

• Oren Segal, vice president of the Anti-Defamation League’s Center on Extremism

• Oni Blair, executive director of ACLU of Texas

• Stephen Mills, creator/choreographer of Light / The Holocaust & Humanity Project
