More than 1,100 neighbors of a proposed 5,000-seat outdoor concert venue have formed a grassroots coalition to oppose a new development on Fitzhugh Road.
Stop Fitzhugh Concert Venue comprises a group of concerned citizens intent on ensuring that the environment, community safety and quality of life of the venue neighbors are secured by stopping this misconceived project from being built.
“This would fundamentally change the quality of life for all of us who have chosen to live out here because of the pace of life and natural beauty,” said Sue Munns, a member of the newly formed coalition.
