A few months ago, our chief financial officer, Kathleen Smith, announced her retirement after 24 years.
Kathleen is the perfect example of someone who has grown professionally with one company. She started here as an office manager and took on increasing responsibilities. She was named CFO in 2020.
As we come out of the “Great Resignation” (I hope!), it’s important to highlight and thank long-term employees. We are fortunate to have quite a few of them here at ECPR. They bring institutional knowledge that is priceless.
We will miss Kathleen’s impeccable attention to detail and wish her all the best!
