The People's Market in Austin, Texas

The People’s Market – Austin’s first and only intersectional BIPOC, Queer, Latinx and local creatives-centered mercado – returns to Republic Square on Sunday, Nov. 20 from noon-4 p.m.

Presented by Downtown Austin Alliance Foundation in partnership with Frida Friday ATX, the market celebrates inclusivity and diversity as evidenced by more than 35 vendors offering everything from clothing, accessories and jewelry, to candles and artwork.

This outdoor civic space, deeply entwined with the City’s genesis, continues to serve as the downtown hub for Mexican culture and a gathering place for celebrating community y más.

More than a market, it’s a movement.
