Embrace continuing education in life and business

I thought I should have all the answers when I reached this point in my career. Now I know I’ll never have all the answers. I’m also fortunate to be surrounded by people who have a lot of those answers, and I am willing to listen.

With colleagues who are the best in the business, clients who are leaders in their industry and three children who are certain they’re smarter than me, I have no shortage of teachers.

As a new business owner and CEO, I learn something new each day.
